Body Lotions and Potions (BLP) researches trends and developments in international markets in cosmetic technology. This in turn enables us to produce innovative quality products to meet and improve upon our clients requirements. BLP can develop a single product or an entire range from scratch or utilize products from our formulation library that can be modified to satisfy the requirements of the client and their target consumer. The modern facilities at BLP have been established to cater for the latest in innovative technology and to maintain the pace with the evolution of current and new cosmetic ingredients for either conventional or natural product formulations.

Our R&D Team

Our Research & Development (R&D) Chemist, Lee Beazley, has 21 years experience in the cosmetic arena and holds tertiary qualifications in Analytical Chemistry and Cosmetic Chemistry (UK). Lee is a Chartered Chemist with the Royal Chemical Institute of Australia and a member of the Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists. She has extensive scientific experience in the research and development technology arena with many national companies as well as multi-national conglomerates. This work has involved the many facets of project management from initiation with regulatory parameters and quality assurance through to completion with product launches.

Free 1 hour Introductory Meeting

BLP offers a one-hour introductory meeting to discuss client’s requirements and visions for their products. The initial introductory meeting will be free of charge. To make this meeting productive we have developed an information sheet that you can download. Please fill this out and bring it to the meeting as this information assists greatly in the R&D process.

All subsequent meetings and R&D time will be charged at the current rate that will be discussed at the initial meeting. This cost covers development time and all costs involved in supplying samples for the clients.
